Welcome to Hadafii. By creating an account or using hadafii.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you register on behalf of an academy or institution, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
2. Learners
When you enrol in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to access its content for your own learning. You may not copy, share, resell or publicly distribute course materials.
3. Teachers and academies
Teachers and academies are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they publish and for holding the rights to use it. Hadafii may review, refuse or remove content that breaks these Terms.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by our payment providers. Refund requests are handled according to the refund conditions shown on the platform at the time of purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by posting unlawful, offensive or misleading content, harassing other users, trying to access accounts or systems without permission, or interfering with the operation of the site.
6. Intellectual property
The Hadafii name, logo and platform design belong to Hadafii. Course content belongs to its creators. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You may stop using Hadafii and ask us to close your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Hadafii is provided as is. We work to keep the platform available and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Hadafii is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page, and continuing to use the platform means you accept the changes.
